1. 14-Day Free Trial

We offer a fully functional **14-day free trial** so you can explore all features, generate invoices, test stock management, and evaluate our software before making any payment commitment. No credit card or upfront payment is required during registration.

2. Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with Easy ERP after upgrading to a paid subscription, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Within 7 Days of Purchase: You are eligible for a 100% full refund if requested within 7 days of your initial subscription payment.
• After 7 Days: Subscription payments made after the 7-day window are non-refundable.
• Renewals: Automatic or manual annual subscription renewals are non-refundable once processed.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain one-time service charges, such as custom module development, data migration services, or hardware purchases (e.g., thermal printers, barcode scanners), are strictly non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email from your registered account email address to support@easy-erp.in.
2. Include your registered business name, phone number, invoice/transaction receipt ID, and the reason for your refund.
3. Our support team will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card).

5. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will be able to export your invoices and accounting reports before account closure.
