Please read these terms carefully before using Easy ERP software.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Easy ERP ("Software", "Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use or access our services.

2. Description of Service

Easy ERP provides a web-based platform for GST billing, invoice creation, inventory tracking, customer relationship management (CRM), and business accounting analytics. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features to improve user experience and system reliability.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete details during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities and transactions executed under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Easy ERP offers both free trial accounts and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed annually or monthly as selected during purchase. All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or loss of access to your account data.

5. User Obligations & Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data, invoices, customer records, and files uploaded to your account. You agree not to use Easy ERP for any unlawful activities, fraudulent GST reporting, or unauthorized system exploitation.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 99.99% server uptime and high data accuracy, Easy ERP is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost business data, tax miscalculations due to incorrect user input, or temporary service interruptions.

7. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access if any user breaches these terms or engages in fraudulent activity using our service. You may request account termination and data export at any time by contacting our support team.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
